Walking Meditation

Have you thought about the task of meditation and found it next to impossible to sit for hours on end quietly awaiting the meaning of life?  Meditation can come in many forms, walking, jogging, sitting quitely-it can be anything as long as you are in the moment.  That is key.  Next time you take a walk, listen to the birds, look at the plants around and spend some time in gratitude for these things and you will find meditation an easy way to connect with Spirit. Who knows, maybe the meaning of life will even present itself.  Namaste.
